Professional Background
Before I was a real estate broker, I was previously connected with the design and construction industry for about six years (LV Locsin Partners, JRP Design Inc. / Southcall Builders.) I am a licensed Architect and have completed my Bachelors degree in Architecture (with distinction) at the University of the Philippines in 1998.
In 2007, I obtained my DTI Real Estate Broker’s License (NCR-REBL# 19082) and put up Total Real Estate Advantage Inc. together with family members in the real estate business. In the past 3 years that I have been in real estate, I gained wide experience with property leasing (rentals), primary and secondary sale of houses and condominium in the South of Metro Manila area (Fort Bonifacio, Makati, Alabang, Paranaque, Sta. Rosa- Laguna.)
In 2011, I have obtained my PRC Real Estate Broker’s License #8126 (to replace the DTI License). The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines is the government agency responsible for the administration, implementation, and enforcement of policies and licensing for various professions such as those of doctors, lawyers, engineers, architects, nurses, and teachers.
